Return Shipping Information

All returns must have a Return Authorization number.  Any return without an RA # written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender.  Please contact your sales agent if there is a problem with your order so that we can understand the nature of the problem and issue you a RA# and provide you with the return shipping address.  Please package your return in a sturdy well constructed cardboard box and seal it well with tape. 

Returns must be shipped to us via Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL and will only be accepted at our Shipping / Receiving dock.  We are unable to accept returns sent through the U.S. Postal Service since our postal receptacle will not handle boxes and the Postal carrier is unable to leave the box.  You should insure the package for the cost you paid for the goods.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.  Merchandised returned to us will either be replaced or credited back to your account at our discretion depending on inventory availability.
