Products that you order from us are of the highest quality.  Our staff is highly trained to give you the best quality custom embroidered sportswear available on the market today.  We use highly accurate order processing to ensure that the products you receive will be what you actually ordered.  Our embroidery stitches will not fall out.  Computerized processing methods ensure that if you order one hundred shirts . . . you actually receive one hundred.  Not 98 or 99.  Our ordering process involves us sending you an electronic e-mail proof of your order for your approval prior to filling the order.  If the proof does not look the way you want it to look, we make changes until your approval is met.  This insures that you know what your order will look like before embroider it and ship it.  Our guarantee is that if the embroidery you purchase from us is materially different from what you ordered (the proof), you may return them to us for replacement or a refund within 15 days.  All we ask is that you contact us to explain the nature of the problem and so that we can be sure your return is handled promptly and correctly.   (Click here for return shipping info)

Please note, we are not responsible for sizing issues.  If you order the wrong size there is not much we can do once the garment has been decorated with your logo or design.  If you are uncertain about sizing, we recommend ordering a sample prior to a full production run.
