First, we must explain that every order is different and unique.  Once we receive the basic information from you a sales rep will send you back an order confirmation within 24 hours via e-mail.  The sales rep will then try and contact you to confirm everything is correct, make suggestions, answer your questions, ask additional information about your needs and obtain payment information.  Because each job is custom made and everyone wants something different, there is just no way to put every single variable into a website for you to select.  We also want to be 100% certain that we have your order correct before we proceed.  We will not begin production on your order until you have received and accepted a proof via e-mail of what your order will look like.  If you do not like the proof, we will make changes until you are completely satisfied.  You have absolutely no risk because of our 100% satisfaction guaranty. Are you needing these for a certain event and if so what is the date of the event or when do you have to have these?  Note:  Most orders are completed within 10 working days from the date we receive your order.  We offer a 1 week rush service on most items at an additional 35%. Tie Dyed t-shirts are the only exception.  Tie Dyes require a minimum of 21 days because of the additional labor in the dying process.

Notice:  all embroidery prices are based on the quantity of items you purchase as well as the final stitch count of the design.  Prices on the website are based on a left chest design of 7000 stitches or less.  Therefore, you must e-mail us a picture of your logo so that we can estimate the stitch count and any setup cost (if required).  After receiving your logo, we will inform you if there is any price differences or setup costs associated with your logo.
